The adults don't realize (or don't care) about how our academic life affects our mental health: which it does! We're here to teach you what they haven't in school. Exam anxiety, time management, and everything else you might need to navigate school and life.

High school dRaMa can detrimentally affect our mental health (who would've guessed!). So can not knowing how to support a struggling friend. Building meaningful relationships vs fake friends can be tricky. We're trying to lay it out all for you, because no one else has.
